SynTest Technologies Inc. based in Sunnyvale, CA has taken 1,330 sf at 3445 Executive Center Dr., a Koger Equity property in North Austin. The customer service and support center is SynTest's first US location outside California. SynTest also has offices in Korea and Taiwan.
The company provides tools for testing semiconductor designs and services for integrated circuit designers and foundries. The center is targeting Austin's chip-design community and the Dallas area's growing wireless industry.
Yo Han Park, manager of DFT (design for test) services, will lead the Austin center. He had been SynTest's DFT manager in Korea and has experience with other well-known technology companies including Cadence Korea. Todd Chessher, Koger's general manager in Austin, represented the building owner in the direct lease and Diann Cowling of Quick & Co. has acted on SynTest's behalf.
