Bass Takes an Additional 30,000 SF in N. Fulton

ATLANTA-Bass Hotels & Resorts is growing its presence in the North Fulton office market with an additional 30,000 sf at 4800 Northpoint Parkway. The lease brings the 75,000-sf building, owned by Buckhead Strategic Fund, to 100% occupancy. The property is in suburban Alpharetta, GA, 25 miles north of Downtown.

Buckhead and Bass officials couldn’t be reached at GlobeSt.com’s publication deadline. But area brokers familiar with the North Fulton county submarket tell GlobeSt.com on condition of anonymity the value of the new lease is an estimated $3.45 million based on a $23 per-sf rent.
