Southwest Realty Advisors brokers Marc Drumwright and Chris Hotze have represented Houston Safe & Lock and the building owner, Associated Building Services, in the deal. Southwest primarily handles industrial leasing and development services for warehouse and service center tenants.

Owner Associated Building Services is a Houston-based facility maintenance contractor. The company has 14 branches in the Houston area and had formerly used the 3433 Gulf Freeway location as a supply services building and warehouse. The company also operates in Austin, San Antonio and Dallas, as well as Arizona, Colorado, Louisiana, Tennessee, Oregon, Virginia and Washington.
