CHICAGO-A 302,088-sf office building in the shadows of O’Hare International Airport has been placed on the market by a partnership including South Charles Capital Corp. and GVA Williams for $48 million. The 11-story Class A International Tower at 8550 W. Bryn Mawr Ave. is being marketed by Trammell Crow Co. senior vice president Kenneth J. Szady.

“This acquisition offers an excellent opportunity to purchase a truly irreplaceable asset with a strong rent roll in one of Chicago’s most important office markets,” Szady says. “The recent addition of a five-level parking structure gives International Tower one of the highest parking ratios in the area and coupled with its superior location along a four-way interchange offers a true competitive advantage.”
