Commerce Center paid $74.17 for 13,000 sf of retail space and 49,675 sf of office/flex space that Fort Lauderdale-based Stiles Corp. developed in 1985.
The west coast operations of Stiles Corp. and Bud Cusack, the division's president, brokered the sale. Locally based Stiles-Sowers & Associates Realtors Inc., and its principal, Julie Sowers-Kukk, represented the seller.
In addition to the Naples Commerce Center, Stiles Corp. has developed several properties in Southwest Florida, including Walden Center in Bonita Beach, which includes 100,000 sf of office space; and Riverchase Commons, a speculative office building in Naples.
