Wheeler has been involved in managing and leasing real estate for 20 years, the past two at CIP. His experience includes tenant relations and retention, budget planning and implementation, financial reporting and property owner interaction. As president, he will oversee all efforts including new business development, acquisitions and personnel development.
Collie has more than nine years of experience in operating and managing multifamily housing. Her previous job had been to manage multifamily residential.
CIP Property Management Services, an affiliate of NAI/Commercial Industrial Properties Co. in Austin, provides property operations reporting, complete property inspection, construction and facility management and customized policy and procedures manuals. Its clients have included Bank One, Montopolis District Center, GTech Corp., Jackson Shaw Co. and the State of Texas.
