Construction of the first speculative phase of 30,000 sf is expected to start later this summer Stephen Downey, Partner at Matthews & Goodman, joint letting agent with CB Hillier parker, said he expected to quote £17 ($24) per sf.
'The Salford Quays office market has been experiencing an under supply of quality office accommodation for the past three years or so. With an average annual take up figure of circa 200,000 sf, we are confident in the early success for Quays Campus,' Downey said.
Quays Campus has strong links to the city centre and south Manchester, and is right next to a Metrolink station, with a five-minute journey time into the city centre.
