$10-Mil Hilton Garden Inn Coming to Woodlands

THE WOODLANDS, TX-A Dallas-based developer will break ground in July on a $10-million, 122-room Hilton Garden Inn. The hotel will be positioned in Vision Park, a 100-acre, mixed-use undertaking.

THE WOODLANDS, TX-Dallas-based Hilton Hotel/Development Partners has purchased 2.8 acres in vicinity of The Woodlands, a northern suburb of Houston, where the plan is to build a $10-million, 122-room Hilton Garden Inn. Dirt will fly on the project in July.

John Haas, senior vice president of Houston-based NAI Partners Commercial, has represented the seller, Jim Galloway of Alliance Development in the deal. Buyer Jon Davis of Hilton Hotels/Development Partners is a Dallas-based developer of Hilton Inns and Marriott Residence Inns.
