Under Berman's management, the Fort Lauderdale offices now ranks among the top 10 producers out of the 34 offices the firm operates throughout the United States.
"Berman has been a successful ambassador by taking our investment brokerage formula and adapting it to the needs of the investment community in South Florida," Harvey Green, Marcus & Millichap president and chief executive officer, says in a prepared statement.
Since joining the firm in 1982, Berman has risen from a sales associate to regional manager to vice president. A graduate of the University of Southern California, Berman earned a law degree from Southwestern University School of Law.
