Plans for the southwest corner of Northeast 10th Street and 112th Avenue Northeast call for a two-phase construction with a nine-story, 207,890-sf office building, 25,160 sf of retail space, a 24-story, 278-unit apartment tower, a 9,980-sf restaurant and a 6,690-sf health club. Su Development also has proposed a public plaza and five floors of underground parking on the site.

Su Development recently completed Palazzo, a 94-unit condominium at the corner of Northeast 12th Street and 106th Avenue Northeast. The developer intends to add 33 more adjacent condos.

Ashwood Commons will join another Su Development proposal, the Ashwood Cultural Arts Center and a 21-story apartment building, both of which would be set next to the Bellevue Regional Library.
