The Richmond, Va.-based outfit will combine the National Commercial Services in Portland with the one in Seattle. The company's NCS division handles the coordination of complex, single and multi-property commercial real estate transactions for national customers. The servicing and underwriting for Portland NCS transactions will be transferred to Seattle.
In personnel moves, Patricia Parsons has been appointed marketing director of Seattle NCS and is responsible for the marketing efforts in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana & Alaska. Parsons will also be the liaison between NCS and the other commercial sales people within the region.
Carol Mastrofini, NCS counsel in Portland, will be relocating to Seattle. Mastrofini's primary responsibility will be to assist Parsons in satisfying the underwriting and servicing needs of the Portland and Boise accounts. Mastrofini will also be working closely with Martin Strelecky,NCS Counsel in Seattle, on the needs of other accounts within the territory. Parsons will remain in Portland during the transition.
The commercial operations of both Transnation Title Insurance Company and Oregon Title will remain in the Portland metro area. Seattle NCS will continue to partner with those commercial centers for transactions in the Portland area.
Valerie Kolytiris, vice president and manager, will continue to operate the Seattle office, which is located at 1200 6th Avenue, Suite 1910.
