The law firm is Korenberg, Abramowitz & Feldun. It signed a 10-year lease for 11,500-sf at Washington Mutual Plaza, 13939 Ventura Blvd.
The lease pushes the 45,000-sf plaza's occupancy level to 96%, brokers involved in the deal say. Korenberg, Abramowitz has 11 attorneys and has spent the last 20 years in neighboring Encino.
Robert D. Erickson of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord,Seattle-based lending giant Washington Mutual. The tenant was represented by Carlo Brignardello and Bryan Lewitt of CRESA Partners.
