The campus, which stands on 12.58 acres of land, is located at 2095 N. Batavia St. Encompassing 155,000 sf, it consists of four buildings. The property is 100% leased, with tenants including Orange Engineering & Machine, Go Rhino Products and CAPCO.
Walter Frome of the Trammell Crow Co. represented both the seller and the buyer, Brookhollow Industrial Properties LLC.
Van's, which manufactures apparel and footwear for skateboarders and snowboarders, occupied the Orange site until 1996, when the company moved its corporate headquarters to Santa Fe Springs.
The recent transaction follows the sale of the former headquarters of Kwikset Corp. in Anaheim. That property, which sold for $7.4 million, also housed manufacturing operations. Located at 516 E. Santa Ana St., the 340,000-sf complex was acquired by Voit Development Co.
