New Commercial Association of Realtors Formed

ST. PAUL-The new association, formerly associated with the Minneapolis Association of Realtors, will be an independent organization exclusively for Realtors specializing in selling and leasing commercial properties.

ST. PAUL-The Organization of Commercial Realtors, previously a division of the Minneapolis Association of Realtors, has reorganized as a new independent, statewide association exclusively for Realtors specializing in selling and leasing commercial properties. The new name of the organization is the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors.

This new professional association joins the ranks of 24 other state groups across the country focused on the commercial, rather than residential, Realtor. The organization was approved by the board of directors of the National Association of Realtors at its Maymeeting.
