Two new divisions have been created to achieve the target: the North East,based in Newton Aycliffe, Co. Durham and Western at Chipping Sodbury, Glos,while further property will come on stream through the repositioning of somehigh value Persimmon and ex Beazer stock within the portfolio.Watt has been with Persimmon for 13 years and became managing director ofCity Developments in 1999.
