California Firm Takes 30,460 SF of Sublease Space

AUSTIN-JL Precision Metal of California is opening an Austin location, signing for 30,460 sf at Tuscany Distribution Center in the northeast submarket. It has inked a deal for sublease space vacated by Lennington Manufacturing, which has headed to Oregon.

AUSTIN-JL Precision Metal has taken 30,460 sf at the Tuscany Distribution Center in northeast Austin.

The company, which is coming from California, is taking the last two years on a sublease from Lennington Manufacturing, which has moved its Austin operation to Oregon, according to John Hanly of Dallas-based Staubach Co.’s Austin office. He and John Aleshire, also of Staubach, have represented Lennington in the deal. Further information about JL and Lennington was not available at press time.
