The company, which is coming from California, is taking the last two years on a sublease from Lennington Manufacturing, which has moved its Austin operation to Oregon, according to John Hanly of Dallas-based Staubach Co.'s Austin office. He and John Aleshire, also of Staubach, have represented Lennington in the deal. Further information about JL and Lennington was not available at press time.
The Tuscany Distribution Center has two buildings with a total of 142,000 sf. The Tuscany Center at Walnut Creek is a 52-acre, 650,000-sf development. It is positioned close to Austin Bergstrom International Airport, Interstate 35 and US Highways 183 and 290 plus abuts Walnut Creek Business Park.
