FREMONT, CA-BayPackets has relocated its headquarters from Menlo Park to Fremont. The telecom-related software startup has taken 16,674-sf of sublease at 47266 Benicia Boulevard at a full-service rate of $1.90 per sf.

Martin Morici, senior vice president at Colliers International in San Jose tells GlobeSt.com the company was searching for a key location near its employee base. “This move is significant for BayPackets because it moves the company closer to its employee base, which is mainly engineers,” says Morici. “And because they are a young company the price break they received on the sublease deal helps them as well.”
