Young and Rumsey formed Carisbrooke Investments in 1998. They created the 112 acre Cambridge Research Park which they sold to Slough Estates last year and have built up a £200 million ($282 million) investment portfolio and currently have a 1 million sf development programme.
Barnwell has been with CB Hillier Parker for 15 years and was a Senior Executive Director. He recently negotiated the sale of The Berkeley Square Estate, one of London's largest-ever investment deals. Tomkinson was a Senior Director who has worked with CB Hillier Parker for 12 years. He headed the business space investment and development funding team.
