Astoria plans to develop the site and lease the building on a build-to-suit basis. The property is approved for the development of a 35,000-sf industrial/flex building and municipal water, sewer, natural gas, electricity and fiber optic capacity are available on East Industrial Park Drive. According to a released statement, Astoria will break ground once an anchor tenant is secured.

Tom Farrelly, Denis Dancoes and Eric Jackson of Cushman & Wakefield completed the sale transaction on behalf of Raytheon. Astoria has retained Cushman & Wakefield as their exclusive agent for the marketing of the building.
