Raytheon Sells NH Site, Astoria to Develop

MANCHESTER, NEW HAMPSHIRE-Raytheon Corporation sells its 2.72-acre site here on East Industrial Park Drive to Astoria LLC for $204,000. Once it secures an anchor tenant, Astoria plans to develop the site and lease the building on a build-to-suit basis.

MANCHESTER, NEW HAMPSHIRE-Raytheon Corporation sold its 2.72-acre site here on East Industrial Park Drive to Astoria LLC for $204,000. The site is located just off Route 93and is one of the few developable sites remaining in this area.

Astoria plans to develop the site and lease the building on a build-to-suit basis. The property is approved for the development of a 35,000-sf industrial/flex building and municipal water, sewer, natural gas, electricity and fiber optic capacity are available on East Industrial Park Drive. According to a released statement, Astoria will break ground once an anchor tenant is secured.
