Anchoring the development will be Top Food & Drug. The Bellingham, WA-based grocer will occupy a 67,000-square-foot space. Other possible tenants include a coffee shop and a video rental store.
Shopping mall construction is scheduled for completion next spring. Other components of Lakeland will include 3,400 housing units, a community center, a private athletic club, three parks, trails and a 15-acre sports park.
