Encompassing 305,439 sf, the seven-building Calabasas Tech Center is located at 26520-26672 Agoura Road in Calabasas. This area is part of the 101 Technology Corridor that extends 30 miles, stretching from Calabasas north to Camarillo. The Tech Corridor's office market has stayed relatively stable in recent months, according to local real estate experts. The region's diverse economy has acted as a key buffer against dot-com fallout, they say.
The tenant was represented by Keith Green and Bram White of Daum Commercial. The owner, Arden Realty Inc., was represented by Tom Dwyer and Michael Slater of CB Richard Ellis.
