Euston Tower is the West End's tallest office building and letting agent DTZ Debenham Tie Leung is quoting £45.00 ($63.50) per sf per annum for the 20th to 33rd floors. Mapeley has spent up to £100.00 ($141) per sf to convert the 1970s space into high quality accommodation with open floor plates of 11,000 sf each. 'The Euston Tower refurbishment has created space that will meet the needs of the most demanding of occupiers,' said Mapeley CEO Robin Priest.
