"The Denver market shows strong growth trends and the (Northglenn Service Center) is uniquely positioned and has excellent upside potential," says Jason Dowd, asset manager for Randall Realty.
The property was built in two phases between 1978 and 1984. The building is subdivided into units ranging in size from 2,622 sf to 3,900 sf. The property primarily caters to service oriented businesses.
Thomas B. Stahl of Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler represented Randall Realty. First Industrial will lease the property and Compton Dando will serve as the property manager.
