Advantis Gets 42,866-SF Sublease Job

ATLANTA-Paradyne, a Fairlawn, NJ-based broadband hardware maker, is contracting with locally based Advantis Real Estate Services Co. to find office tenants for its Building H in Spectrum Technology Park, Largo, FL, a Tampa suburb 80 miles west of Downtown Orlando. The negotiated fee was not disclosed.

ATLANTA-Broadband hardware maker Paradyne of Fairlawn, NJ is contracting with locally based Advantis Real Estate Services Co. to find office tenants for its 42,866-sf Building H in Spectrum Technology Park, Largo, FL, a Tampa suburb 80 miles west of Downtown Orlando. The negotiated fee was not disclosed.

The property can be divided into 14,453 sf and 28,413 sf suites or can be leased to a single tenant for up to 11 years. The parking ratio is up to six spaces per 1,000 sf leased.
