PHOENIX-The Phoenix office of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services has brokered two leases and a building sale in Phoenix and Tempe.

The Communications Workers of America AFL-CIO, the local chapter of the national union, has spent a little more than $1 million for a two-story office building at 11070 N. 24th St. in Phoenix. The 11,800-sf building is just north of Shea Boulevard and about a mile west of the Squaw Peak Parkway. The union is relocating from a location at 9224 N. 5th St.

Steve Bodeman of DAUM’s Phoenix office has represented the buyer. Les Larson of the Phoenix office of NAI Horizon has acted on behalf of the seller, Greystone Holding of Prescott.
