CRESA had an existing alliance with Weatheralls and this will now be extended to Groupe Vendôme Rome's other European firms, Germany-based Mller International and France-based Auguste Thouard, doubling CRESA's market reach and providing access to more than 200 offices in 29 countries worldwide.

'This strengthened international tie gives us even more depth and breadth in servicing our US-based clients abroad,' said CRESA's President and CEO Michael Dow. 'Weatheralls' decision to become part of this world-class group substantiates CRESA's own decision last year to align with Weatheralls.'

CRESA formed a strategic global alliance with Weatherall International in April 2000, and in December 2000, the two firms merged their New York office. The two have worked together on a number of international accounts such as Yahoo! and EMC². CRESA itself was formed in 1994 and consists of more than 40 North American corporate real estate advisory firms, 22 of which are jointly owned as CRESA Partners LLC.
