C&W Taps Ex-GM Chief for Latin Market Team

MIAMI-Cushman & Wakefield picks Philip H. Grossberg, former regional real estate manager for General Motors in Brazil, to be part of its newly formed Latin American International Services Group.

MIAMI-Cushman & Wakefield is fortifying its presence in the Latin American markets by hiring Philip H. Grossberg as a member of a newly formed, five-member International Services Group. Grossberg will coordinate Latin American activities from offices in Miami.

The New York-based commercial real estate services firm hired the former regional manager of South American real estate operations for General Motors do Brasil, a subsidiary of Detroit-based General Motors Corp.

As a member of the team, Grossberg is charged with generating new business through the company’s 10 offices in Latin America, including six in Mexico, two in Brazil and one each in Argentina and Chile. He also will be developing sourcing and serving strategies through the company’s team of brokers.
