The Kearny Mesa office building is currently occupied by Greystone Digital Technology, a software development company. The buyers were UJF Holding Corp., a California nonprofit public benefit corporation.

The seller of the property was Anton Dimitroff, successor trustee of the Rik and Flo Henderson Trust and the Flo and Rik Henderson Charitable Remainder Trust.

Leo "Rik" Henderson was a well-known figure in the East County as a cofounder of the Cottonwood at Rancho San Diego golf course in El Cajon, Grossmont Center in La Mesa and Grossmont Bank, now California Bank & Trust. He also formed the law firm of Jennings Engstrand & Henderson in 1949.

The buyer was represented by Dave Odmark of Business Real Estate Brokerage Co./NAI (BRE). The seller was represented by Chris Rink and Trenton Bonner, also of BRE.

It's the second building sold by the trust in as many months. It sold a 31,401-sf medical office building in Kearny Mesa in a deal valued at $4.58 million last month.

The Kearny Mesa office space, located at 4510Viewridge, is currently occupied by Sharp Rees Steely Medical Center. The buyers were Velimir and Ljubinka Petakovich, as individual investors and trustees of a family trust.
