Hewitt Takes Additional 31,500 SF

BRIDGEWATER, NJ-The management consulting and outsourcing firm will now occupy a total of more than 130,000 sf at SJP Properties' Somerset Corporate Center I facility.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ-Hewitt Associates, a global management consulting firm, has signed for an additional 31,500 sf at Somerset Corporate Center I, adding to its existing 98,000-sf leasehold. The firm will now occupy more than 130,000 sf, or more than half of the 250,000-sf class A building. Lee Kosmac and Joel Orenstein, formerly of Grubb & Ellis, now with GVA Williams in Parsippany, NJ, represented Hewitt in the transaction.

“Hewitt has been a tenant since the building opened, and we’re gratified that they have chosen to expand here,” according to Steven J. Pozycki, CEO of SJP Properties, the Parsippany-based owner/developer of the property. “Somerset County continues to be one of the leading real estate markets in New Jersey.”
