GlobeSt.com Launches 12-Person Editorial Advisory Board

NEW YORK CITY-GlobeSt.com has created a panel dubbed the Think Tank–a 12-member editorial advisory board that will serve the site in a number of capacities. The Think Tank members will provide commentary and insight into many of the stories that appear on GlobeSt.com pages; they will serve as sources for news; they will critique the site for its effectiveness to the real estate industry; and they will serve as columnists.

The members of the board are:

Jeffrey D. Fisher, Ph.D., director of the Center for Real Estate Studies and professor of real estate at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. He is also consulting director of research and technology for NCREIF.

Michael H. Greco, president and CEO of MortgageRamp.com. He has also served as CEO of WMF Capital Corp. and as managing director of real estate capital markets at First Union National Bank.

Christopher J. Hartung, chief strategy officer of iBuilding Inc. He once headed the real estate research group at Banc of America Securities. Also, while at J.P. Morgan, he was in-house consultant, product analyst and equity research analyst.

Jeffrey Hipschman, EVP and chief technology officer of Julien J. Studley Inc. He oversees the firm’s information and technology strategy. Previously, he was a systems specialist at Salomon Brothers and Lehman Brothers.

George D. Livingston, president of Realvest Partners. He is also a general partner in a variety of industrial and residential developments. He has served as chairman of the Orange County Planning and Zoning Commission.
