A summary of the deals, however, shows the decline in rental rates since last year:

Grant Victor, a general merchandise retailer, leased 9,000 SF of retail space at 2665 Mission Street for 5 years. The list price was $2.50 per sf per month.

Swipe USA took 5,500 SF of office space at 121 Capp Street for 3 years.

IHSS, a medical placement agency, leased 5,000 SF of office space at 1453 Mission Street for 30 months. The deal is estimated to be valued at more than $3.5 million, industrial gross.

Web2Web Marketing leased 4,200 SF of office space at 633 Battery Street for one year. Rates in the area are about $20 SF annually, full service.

Eduardo Melendez and Rony Calderon, an auto company, signed a 2 ½-year lease for 7,700 SF of industrial space at 1617 Harrison Street. Area rates average about $30 SF annually, industrial gross.

Yates Advertising, an ad agency, signed a lease for 6, 542 SF of office space at 221 Main Street.
