Cary Fronstin, senior property manager, dons the title of vice president in charge of property management for Palm Beach County. Prior to joining the company in 1996, Fronstin served as a property manager at the Flagship Group.
Nigel Horsfall becomes vice president in charge of property management and construction management in Miami-Dade County. Horsfall previously worked as a portfolio project manager for Renaissance Partners.
Linda Lake, a property manager, moves up to senior property manager in Miami-Dade.Since joining the company 1995, Lake has managed a service account with Coral Gables-based Weda Developers Inc. Lake will continue to manage the Weda account.
Bunnie Willis is senior property manager in Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties. Prior to joining the company in 1998, Willis worked for Faison & Associates.
Meredith Gladysz is a new senior associate in the project leasing division. Over the past two years since joining the company, Gladysz has worked as an associate, specializing in office and industrial lease activity in an area from the Palm Beach County community of Boca Raton to Cypress Creek commercial area in Broward County.
