Catapult, based in Mountain View, CA, is moving from 1250 Capital of Texas Highway to 1,953 sf in a new lease at 3939 Bee Cave Rd. Mike Martine of Martine Properties has represented the building owner. Derek Silva and Alan Lacey, both of Austin's NAI/Commercial Industrial, have negotiated the pact for Catapult.

Catapult, which had been in executive suites, is moving to a bigger space, but taking just a one-year lease, Silva tells GlobeSt.com. Telecommunications service companies and equipment makers use Catapult's software-based test systems to ensure network components are reliable and compatible.

A publicly traded company, Catapult had reported $20.5 million in revenue for the six months ending March 31 and profits of $6.1 million. The company reports its next quarterly results July 19.
