La Jolla Office Building Sold ... Again

SAN DIEGO-An office building in the Village of La Jolla has been sold for a second time in the past 13 months. Prospect Center, built in 1968, previously sold for $11.7 million in June of 2000.

SAN DIEGO—Prospect Center, located in the heart of the Village of La Jolla, has been sold for $13.7 million.

The four-story, 47,247-sf office building located at 1020 Prospect Street in La Jolla was purchased by 1020 Prospect Street LP, a California limited partnership with NSD Ventures LLC as its limited partner. The seller was Prospect Associates, LLC, a California limited liability company.
