James Melson, a principal with S/RI Partners LLC in Dallas. S/RI consults to senior management of companies that own, manage and invest in commercial real estate. Melson was CEO of RealPage Inc., delivering Internet business solutions to the multifamily industry.
Hessam Nadji, managing director and chief marketing officer for Marcus & Millichap. Nadji supervises research services, overseeing research reports in 35 markets as well as directing the firm's Internet operations.
Cresa Partners LLC vice chairman Gerald A. Porter has more than 23 years experience in the corporate real estate industry. One of the firm's founding partners, he is based in the Los Angeles office, where he serves a client base that includes DreamWorks SKG and BAE Systems.
