The New Castle, DE-based firm is purchasing a 22.6-acre tract from Airport International Park of Orlando for $2.03 million or $89,823 per acre ($2.06 per sf) to build a 350,000-sf distribution center. Construction on the first 200,000-sf phase is under way.

Other projects nearing completion at the 1,350-acre park are TW Metals Inc., 40,000 sf building being developed by Liberty Properties Trust; DaimlerChrysler, 500,000 sf parts distribution center being built by Cumberland Land Holdings; and Harris Paints, 80,000 sf manufacturing plant on 4.8 acres;
