It's anticipated that land development and home pre-sales will begin later this year. Being developed under mixed-use district zoning, the community will feature 10 artisan lofts, 51 rowhouses and 124 live/work townhomes for a total of 185 homes. The community has been designed to complement Birmingham's architectural environment.

Live/work units will be 1,544 sf. These units have studios or offices on the first floor, and the second floor will be the living area.

The project is located south of Maple Road, east of Eton Street and north of Lincoln Street. Homes will start at about $300,000.
