DPR Gears Up for $5.8-Mil Airport Project

DALLAS-DPR Construction is laying the groundwork for its first Dallas-Ft. Worth International Airport project, a $5.8-million undertaking for the authority's Department of Public Safety. Coming is a new fire station and redos at three others.

DALLAS-Another leg of the $2.6-billion Dallas-Ft. Worth International Airport expansion is due to kick off July 23 as DPR Construction Inc.’s crews in Dallas finish up site work for a $5.8-million four-building project.

The Redwood City, CA-based builder will be constructing a 6,246-sf fire station and remodeling and expanding three others, boosting the redos to 7,856 sf each. “The firemen are really excited about this getting started,” Scott Rolen, DPR superintendent, tells GlobeSt.com.
