O'Keefe replaces Chet Koenig who left Highwoods last year for M.D. Hodges Enterprises where is vice president of leasing. Opus South hasn't announced a replacement for O'Keefe.
O'Keefe will oversee Highwoods' 7.2 million-sf Atlanta portfolio which includes Century Center in suburban DeKalb County. He will also be scouting for build-to-suit sites and new development niches.
