Lead tenants in the building are American Education Systems, the Campbell Soup Co. and an office of the US Department of Labor. The building, which will be turned into a class A property, also houses several engineering, professional services and software development firms. The renovation's completion is planned to happen by the end of this year.

"We acquired Two Executive Campus because of its prime location on Route 70," according to Bill Glazer, CEO of KPG. "The timing for a transformation is right. The Cherry Hill West area is undergoing a significant revitalization, in the commercial, retail and hospitality sectors."
