The complex, which was developed by Overton Moore Properties, encompasses 1.4 million sf. Legacy, a grower, packager and distributor of produce, will occupy an 84,600-sf newly refurbished cold storage building at the business park.

Legacy is moving its headquarters there, according to Rooney Daschbach, Overton Moore's senior vice president of Marketing. The tenant is scheduled to occupy the building on Aug.15.

David Norrie and Art Rasmussen, of CB Richard Ellis' Food Facilities Group, represented Overton Moore. Norrie and Rasmussen, along with Scott Smith of CB Richard Ellis, represented Legacy Farms.
