Under terms of the agreement, Klugman Commercial Properties and PROQUEST will continue to work together on real estate projects through a strategic affiliation. PROQUEST will continue to serve as property manager for Downtown Detroit buildings such as 211 W. Fort and 1001 Woodward.

"We will continue to maintain a close alliance with PROQUEST Commercial Property Management and Acquest Realty Advisors," Klugman says. "It will really be a win/win situation for all involved."

The new firm will continue to handle the office leasing for the 211 W. Fort building in Detroit, as well as manage tenant representation and the sale and acquisition of commercial buildings for a select group of clients.

Klugman has more than 25 years experience as a real estate broker, including12 years of senior level management experience. Prior to his responsibilities at PROQUEST, Klugman was senior vice president for DMR Commercial Real Estate Services from 1989 to 1998. Klugman was an associate broker with the Hayman Company from 1984 to 1989, and held a similar position at Cushman and Wakefield from 1980 to 1984.
