Millenium Packaging Group took 7,985 sf of warehouse-distribution space at 4701 Macro, Building 4702, in the city's northeast submarket. Joe Carroll of Grubb & Ellis represented Lend Lease, the building owner. Millenium's representative was not available.

Eagle Medical Corp. leased 1,800 sf for warehouse and distribution in the Randolph Business Park at 5638 Randolph in the northeast submarket. Joe Carroll and Barbara Orton, both of Grubb & Ellis' San Antonio office. and Wayne Kuhn of Commercial Real Estate Services negotiated the pact.

Dr. Charles Miller leased 1,750 sf at Heritage Square, 8222 Marbach Rd. in the west submarket. Cynthia Ellison of Grubb & Ellis represented the building owner, Steve-Ike Realty. Miller acted on his own behalf in his bid to secure space for a vision center.

The County Collection took 1,500 sf of retail space at Bandera Pointe, 11619 Bandera Rd. in the city's northwestern tier. Vick Cade of Grubb & Ellis represented County Collection and Thomas Tyng of Trammell Crow Co. acted for SA Ventures LP, the building owner.
