Design Firm Signs $7.9-Mil Office Lease

SAN FRANCISCO-Huntsman Architectural Group signs on for 18,871 sf in 50 California at a rate $42 per sf. The firm liked the fact that the location was in shell condition and could be designed "like a blank canvas.

SAN FRANCISCO-Huntsman Architectural Group has signed a 10-year lease with Shorenstein Co., L.P. for 18,871 sf on 50 California Street. Huntsman signed the lease at $42 per sf annually, full service.

The aggregate value of the deal is better than $7.9 million. Huntsman will occupy the entire seventh floor of the building.

The design firm is expected to vacate its 465 California office and move into the new space in early October, when renovations to the office have been made.
