Everything 99 Cents took 4,100 sf in a new lease at 93,000-sf Eastland Plaza Shopping Center at 1138 Airport Blvd. in southeast Austin. The store, which sells many products for about $1, has four other locations in Austin. Transwestern's Kenneth Pruitt represented Everything 99 Cents and Jim Cotton of Mc Allister & Association in Austin acted for building owner, JMS Interests Inc.

In San Antonio, Computer Express Inc., which sells and services computers, leased 7,600 sf at University Business Park, situated at 5563 DeZavala Rd. in the northwest submarket. Computer Express is relocating from 14220 Northbrook in north San Antonio. University Business Park is a 68,400-sf service center. Jeff Brown of Transwestern Commercial Services represented the building owner, Transwestern Heights LP, and Hank Pruitt of Pruitt Realty sealed the pact for Computer Express.
