“The site is easily accessible via Interstate 4 and is zoned for planned development mixed-use (PDMU),” Mark Cooney of the Tampa office, Advantis Real Estate Services Co., tells GlobeSt.com. “This prime retail corner parcel is an ideal location that will benefit” from the Hard Rock Hotel venture.
