The firm, which does general contracting, construction management and design-build work, is adding a 40,000-sf, five-story addition to its existing building and is renovating its original building. Chelsea-based Architectural Team Inc. is designing the new building. Reportedly, the company president, John Fish, is quoted as saying that the company's decision to stay in this neighborhood and expand is a reflection of Suffolk's commitment o the neighborhood.
In addition to its headquarters here, Suffolk has branch offices in West Palm Beach, Florida and Irvine, California. The company also has a special projects division here in South Boston.
