Trammell Crow Co.'s New Jersey office, Chatham, has taken the assignment to move the space, with the company's Richard Van Houten, Jr. and Paul M. Gavin leading the effort. The building is currently configured with 55,000 sf of office space and 45,000 sf of warehouse space.
Located near the confluence of I-287, I-87 (the New York Thruway) and Route 17, the property is being primarily marketed on the basis of a 10-year sublease. According to Van Houten, it can also be made available for sale.
